depending on your financial circumstances, i would be happy to allow you to decide your own price at the end of your appointment.
for those in the position to pay, i will provide a quote based on the size and complexity of the design!

after i read your submission, i’ll email you a price range and a link to my calendly. if you don’t receive any info from jazzyshaotattoos@gmail.com within a week of submitting this form, please check your spam, and reach out to me via email or IG if needed.
♡ please note that i only tattoo on weekday evenings and weekends, because i work full time.
♡ appointment slots are 2 hours long, but most flash won’t take that long. if you’re getting multiple pieces or a very large one, we’ll figure it out via email.
♡ i’m tattooing from flash only for first-time clients. returners and frequent fliers, reach out to me directly instead of using the form if you want a custom!send a deposit. the deposit is $25, sent on venmo or zelle. there will be more instructions on the calendly page. the deposit will be deducted/refunded from the final cost of your tattoo.
appointment info & policies
i have a home studio in west los angeles. there’s plenty of street parking on the block.
you can cancel or reschedule using calendly. doing either less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. your deposit will roll over for 1 reschedule. additional reschedules will require a new deposit.
please communicate if you will be more than 15 minutes late. i will not be able to tattoo you if you are more than 30 minutes late, and it will be considered a last-minute cancellation.
18+ only, i will check ID.
